We are very unhappy with the total quality or lack there of, regarding the hotel, staff, service and especially Mix and Mingle.
Again, we waited about 30 minutes, and she never showed. She was supposed to be coming right over from the ****** to help us as we were checking out. When we went to check out, the front desk refused to edit the bill and stated the food service supervisor would have to help us. By this time, we didn’t want them, not could we eat them. Finally, after another hour, the tacos were delivered.
I then called the front desk and they told Mix and Mingle. Yet, we were charged for an item we didn’t receive. After about one hour of waiting for our food, it was delivered and not all of it was there. So I asked the front desk not take our order and give it to Mix and Mingle and have it delivered to our room. Even they couldn’t get anyone to answer from Mix and Mingle. After waiting about 45 minutes for a return call, we called the front desk back.
